ECIA Employment Business Members

GPW Are Employment Business members of the ECIA, membership no. 97895. Being members of the ECIA allows GPW to supply labour onto any NAECI site in the United Kingdom. To date GPW have deployed, controlled and delivered consultation to over 250 employees working on Staythorpe and the Isle of Grain Power Stations.

GPW have supported ALSTOM/SPIE WHS in the construction of seven steam gas turbines. Our testimonial's from our partner companies state that by partnering GPW Recruitment and using them as the NAECI labour supplier of choice, GPW absorb many of the complications associated with compliance with NAECI. General employment issues and redundancies can be problematic and consultation to all parties is critical. GPW strive to eliminate any IR issues and have in the main eradicated all of our exposure to potential protective awards. They have demonstrated to SPIE WHS/ALSTOM that they have controlled holiday pay, holiday entitlement, welfare benefits, severance and even ECIA audit requirements.
